Rates and prices

Every video is different, which means it can be hard to get a fixed price from a cameraman or videographer or Director of Photography. I do offer a set price, as I feel that every project I work on deserves the best of everything which is what I bring to every shoot.

I provide professional broadcast-standard (or above) gear as well as a can-do attitude to make the shoot day go as smoothly as possible and to ensure my clients get the most out of the day – as well as capture great images.

I understand each client has a different set of goals, expectations and budget to work with, which is why I have an extensive range of gear to ensure I am set up for almost any shooting situation.

The rates for myself as cameraman / Director of Photography / videographer / camera operator / cinematographer with Gear are:

  • Half day shoot $1000 plus GST
  • Full day shoot $1550 plus GST

Live Streaming and Webcasting rates

The rates for myself as streaming tech / cameraman with camera, lighting,  sound and Streaming gear start from $1200 plus GST

This is for a half day booking, which would enable setup of all camera, lighting and sound gear, tech check and rehearsal, then Live Stream or Webcast of your event/meeting/presentation with one or two presenters. As there are many variables, please contact me to discuss further options.

Please note:

The above rates are for shoot locations within Sydney (up to 30km from the Sydney CBD). For locations further afield, please contact me and I can supply a cost for the travel.

  • A half day is a booking or 4 hours or under
  • A full day is a booking of 8 hours or under
  • Any parking costs are passed on at cost.

I operate as a Pty Ltd company registered in Australia and my rates include compulsory superannuation, workers’ compensation insurance and public liability insurance.

All my equipment is safety tested and tagged.
